About you
You're in school
- Receiving college credit through undergraduate, or graduate classes or a current coach looking to expand their skill set
- Currently enrolled or completed a 4 Year or Master's program specializing in Health Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, etc
You're interested & available
- Able to dedicate 20 hours/week worth of work for the 15 weeks
- Interested in the field of Behavior and Performance Coaching
You know some stuff
- Proficient with anatomy, basic program design, and principles of health and fitness
- Computer Literate - Mainly Word and Excel, but able to grasp coaching software when taught
You're our kinda person
- Willing to die for Strength & Conditioning
- An excellent communicator

Responsibilites
Do your part
- Facility upkeep (mopping, picking up, organizing, etc.)
- Working proactively with our coaching staff to improve the interaction and experience of members.
Learn the craft
- Weekly assignments to challenge and grow in the knowledge of Behavior and Performance.
- Learning how to use systems (TrueCoach, Phsymodo, InBody Scan).
- Support coaches by shadowing class hours, and co-coaching.
Learn the behind-the-scenes
- Attend weekly meetings with the director of coaching.
- Attendance of daily remote meetings.
- Attendance of weekly meetings every Thursday.
