We start there. We get to know you, what your life looks like and work on making your current set of circumstances... better.

From there we set realistic goals, start training, plug you into our community, and then...

Here's how that looks in 4 steps:

Step 1: Let's dive deep!
We talk about your goals, experiences, and lifestyle. We tell you about what we do, who we are, and the tools we use in our process. 

What you get out of it: A gameplan to unlock your potential and achieve your goals.
Step 2: How do you move, and what moves you?
We go deep to figure out your current physical ability, movement patterns, strengths and weaknesses to create an unparalleled training experience. We cover all bases, exploring Movement, Sustenance, Sleep, Social Health, Capacity + Stress/Psychology. 

What you get out of it: A holistic overview of where you're at, with a clear path for how to move forward.
Step 3: Start with Personal Training
Ever joined a gym and then gotten lost in the crowd? Not here. We start you off with 5-15 Individualized BPR Training Sessions. These go for 1 hour, and we spend 75% on physical performance followed by 25% of behavior focused coaching. Performance and Behavior, all coached in one session so you can go crush life.

What you get out of it: The focused attention of a Coach who can help you overcome obstacles and guide you toward success along the path that's unique for you.
Step 4: Graduate to the BPR Membership
Once you've completed your Personalized Sessions, you graduate to a full BPR Membership. We'll tailor a membership to your needs, ranging from weekly to quarterly Individual Coaching. You'll train to a customized program in-house at our downtown Dallas gym, surrounded by others who are on the good path toward better health and performance.

What you get out of it: The continued support of our Coaches, a culture of perseverance and optimism, and a pretty cool space to train. PS: You don't have to train to come and kick it.

Within 6-12 weeks, our clients see at least a 30% improvement across body composition, strength, stability, and conditioning, and significant improvements in mental well-being.
